Check students in and out with Point & Click technology.
Identify a student, check him/her in or out of school, and print a pass. Your student is on the way in a matter of seconds!
View a student's In/Out activity for any day since the last year-end database closeout.
Void a previous transaction that was posted in error or later requires a change in status.
Print a readmit slip for students who have been absent for one or more days. The slip will list all of the student's absences, both lawful and unlawful, since the last year-end closeout of the database.
Record daily absences via the bar-code scanning option. (Daily Attendance bar-code sheets are printed in the X-ONETM Administration program.)
Record period absences via the bar-code scanning option. (Period Attendance bar-code sheets or tickets are printed in the X-ONETM Administration program; tickets can be printed by class or by student.)
Issue a pass for a special purpose without logging any in/out activity. Example: When a student goes out to his/her car to retrieve something.
